US Visa Application Processes for Malaysia airlines cabin crew :

Step 1: 
Get Letter from HR for US visa application. ( H-Care kiosk at FMB)

Step 2: 
Take a Photo as per US visa spec. Cost RM20.00 or cheaper (ensure copy of disc given) and  Download photo into PC.
Your photo must show your entire head, from the top of your hair to the bottom of your chin. In a good photo, the height of your head will measure 1-1-3/8 inches (25 to 35mm), or fill between 50%-70% of the photo
Background is white color 

Step 3: 
Go online http://www.ustraveldocs.com/my/index.html ( Using Mozilla Firefox or MS Explorer only)

Step 4: 
Click – Nonimmigrant Visa Application >Apply for a Visa> Apply Now (at the bottom Page grey icon)> Fill in the New User registration ( Keep the User id and password)

Step5:
fill in all your personal details 

Step 6 : 
once u ready u may click in Fill up the (DS-160)
U need to finish it in a time frame 
Upload your photo 

Travel Information: 
Purpose of Trip to the US (1):  ALIEN IN TRANSIT
Specify:   CREWMEMBER IN TRANSIT (C1/D)

Complete Itinerary for your travel to the U.S:  (Fill in future date as per Latest MH schedule)
 
Length of stay :01 week

Step 8: 
submit and  print  CONFIRMATION copy.
With the photo In front of the confirmation letter 
(Take note of your DS-160 confirmation no : 10 digits)
 
Step9:
Pay Visa fee at Standard Charted Bank and bring along your passport. RM496
You may ask someone to pay on behalf of you 
Just give the details 
1.passport no
2.DS-160 10 digit no 
3.fees amount to pay 
4.phone number 

Step10: 
Make appointment (Go to http://www.ustraveldocs.com/my/)>
 Click Schedule for Appointment.                             
Choose your date n time 
My suggestion is choose as early as u can because u have to stand under the sun while waiting for your turn 
Print out your appointment letter
   
 Step 11 :
 Visit the U.S. Embassy in Kuala Lumpur on the date and time of your visa interview. 
If your appointment is 0740 u need to arrive around 710( the ppl who line up quite long) 
(A)
You will need to bring a printed copy of your Appointment letter n ic to get your pass 
(B)
Ready for security check 
HandPhone and laptop are not allowed 
(C)
take number  and wait in a waiting room 
(D) 
Once your turn you will go to another room and pass them your 
 DS-160 confirmation page, one recent photograph, your current and all old passports, and the original visa fee payment receipt. Applications without all of these items will not be accepted. 
Submit with company letter 
(E) 
Biometrics
(F) 
Waiting for your turn to interview 

Step 12: 
For collection, you may choose to collect at Wisma MCA or home delivery by courier.
(Takes 3 working days for delivery but usually delivered the 2nd day)    

I suggest you apply your application before your leave or off day 
And relogin to get your appointment date 2 days before your leave or off day 
Example : your leave start 3rd may 
U fill in the form n pay bank before  1st may 
So u login on the 1st may To get your appointment date  on the 3rd may
